Please remember that you and your parents will need separate PIN numbers to electronically sign the form. Visit http://www.pin.ed.gov to register for your pin numbers. *You should have the following materials available for filling out your application for Federal Student Aid. · Student’s and Parent(s) Social security Number(s). · Student’s Driver’s License (if any). · Student’s and Parent(s) alien registration card (if not a U.S. citizen). · Student’s and Parent(s) most current income information. A Federal Income Tax Return will be the most accurate information but if it is not yet completed, you can estimate this information with the documents below: o W-2 Forms and other records of money earned. o Last pay stub(s) from the end of December. o Previous year’s Federal Income Tax Return (if your income has not changed drastically since the previous year). · Student’s and Parent(s) current untaxed income records-Social Security, temporary Assistance to Needy Families, welfare, or veterans benefits records. · Student’s and Parent’s end-of-year bank statements. · Student’s and Parent(s) business and investment mortgage information, business and farm records, stock, bond, and other investment records. |
