COCA-COLA SCHOLARSHIP WINNER

MARYOLY PAULINO

             Maryoly Paulino, an exceptional senior here Henry Abbott Technical High School, has been recognized as one of the country’s most outstanding high school seniors by the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation and has been awarded a $10,000 Regional Coca-Cola Scholarship for college. Paulino, a member of the 21st class of Coca-Cola Scholars, has demonstrated academic excellence and civic excellence in school and in the community. 

              During the Scholars Weekend in Atlanta in early April, the 2009 class was recognized at a banquet held in their honor.  They interviewed with a National Selection Committee representing education, business, government and arts leaders from across the country.  The Scholars also participated in seminars, toured local landmarks and conducted a beautification project on the Chattahoochee River.
