GINGERBREAD HOUSES

Two Culinary Arts juniors, Kira Spaziani and Samantha Raymond, wanted an outlet for their creativity. With encouragement from their instructor, Chef Charles, they spent three days designing, baking, and decorating these beautiful gingerbread houses.  The confections were given to the Children's Wing at Danbury Hospital.
