Periodically,
we will highlight the art work created by Cheney Tech students
in Ms. Blair's art classes. Below
are some fine examples of the work being created by our talented students. |
Charlie Gaudet and Blaise Sharkey with a Jewelry Box they designed and built.

|

|
Stained glass mosaic, a work in progress by Brandon Moauro.
|

|
A ceramic tile table, a work in progress. The table was built by Emily Morois
and the tiles by Samantha Croteau and Yvonne Veilluex.
The Art
department is planning on going into production and selling their
applied art products at the school store, which is soon to be
opened. Proceeds will go directly to scholarships for deserving
Art and Carpentry students.

Charlie Gaudet and Kendall Segar working on a stained glass mosaic on a reclaimed window. This is part of the art class's ongoing green philosophy of using recyclable materials that would have been thrown away. Making beautiful products from things that would have filled our landfills and saving money at the same time.
NICE WORK ART DEPARTMENT!
