Derek LaHouse, a class of 2009 Electrical Technology student, has qualified to play in the Travelers Pro-Am at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, CT  on Tuesday, June 23rd.  On Saturday, June 20th Derek was matched with the Golf Pro that he will be playing with on Tuesday. Derek is the first Connecticut Technical High School student to ever play in this tournament. Derek had a great year on the Cheney Tech Golf Team with an average for this year of 38.7 and a low score of 35!
