Ellis Tech showed its best at the Annual Shop Fair on Tuesday November 25th. Hundreds of guests had the famous steak dinner prepared by Ellis Tech students and staff and then went on tours of the school seeing a variety of displays in all of the shops ranging from a fish pond in Masonry, a fashion show competition in Hairdressing to a tesla coil and robotics in Electronics.
