Ellis Tech Relay for Life Update!!!!

The deadline to join the team is thisWednesday April 8th! Please pick up the registration form from Ms. Greenhalgh or Mrs. Murray and get it in TODAY! A $10 registration fee is due at that time as well! Don't miss out on the deadline and your chance to be part of the 2009 Ellis Tech PFO Relay for Life team!!! Family members and friends are also welcome! The bigger the team, the bigger difference we make in our fight against cancer!

Chaperones are needed as well for the overnight! If you are 25 years or older, please see Ms. Greenhalgh today and get involved!!

Please start collecting donations in order to meet your $100 goal and help the team meet our $10,000 goal!!! Every little bit helps! Please either enter your donations online into your account, or give your money and envelope to Ms. Greenhalgh and she will enter everything for you! We currently have FIRST PLACE for online donations with $1822.25!! Great job so far!! Keep up the outstanding work!

 

Upcoming events to get ready for:

1. Ellis Tech Relay for Life lanyards on sale now! Only $2 each!

2. Stars and Moons will be on sale everyday in room 107! $1 each!

3. We will be doing a basket raffle at Relay this year. If you are interested in donating a basket or helping with the raffle, please let Ms. Greenhalgh know TODAY!

4. Our theme this year is a LUAU!! We will be tie dying our t shirts and decorating the site! Get creative and let us know if you have any ideas!

5. A mandatory team meeting is being planned right now! The date will be given asap and all team members and parents are expected to attend. This is our annual time to sign up for walking time, food and drink donations, review rules and guidelines, and ask Ms. Greenhalgh any questions you have! Stay posted for more information!

 

 

To get involved the first step is to complete the Youth Waiver Form and read the Parent Permission letter. Forms must be handed in to Ms. Greenhalgh in room 107 along with a $10 registration fee. At that time, you will receive your collection envelope and you can begin asking for donations!
