The Varsity Softball team qualified for the CSC League tournament and the CIAC tournament for the third consecutive year finishing the regular season with a 9-10 record.  Senior Tri-Captains Gaby Sierra, Carmen Olivier, and Olivia Rentas finished their careers after representing E.C. Goodwin for four years.

Carmen Olivier was selected to the CSC All-League Team and chosen to participate in the Senior All-Star game on June 16th in Meriden.

Junior utility player Paula Garcia led the team with a .421 batting average and .649 slugging percentage.  Junior Priscila Reyes led the team in hits(26) and RBI’s(17).

Sophomore Meagan Rider started the season as an infielder/outfielder and then began to pitch the majority of the innings(71) for the Lady Gladiators. She finished with a 5.92 ERA and a 5-6 record and pitched well in both playoff games.
