On Wednesday, April 8th the Connecticut Association of Schools' (CAS) Annual Connecticut High School Outstanding Arts Awards Banquet took place at the the Aqua Turf in Plantsville, Connecticut. The CAS Arts Awards honor two outstanding seniors from each Connecticut member schools who excel in the performing or visual arts. These seniors possess the qualities of scholarship and leadership.  Excelling in the performing or visual arts is the primary importance in the selection. 

Congratulations to the seniors from the Connecticut Technical High School System. They were honored among more than 200 others in the performing and visual arts.  Abbott THS honored Samantha Drenckhahn and Luke Dalhlgren, Grasso THS honored Jose Serrano and Daniel Cornish, Whitney THS honored Giselle Ayala and Luis Cortes, Goodwin THS honored Sean Dormody and Amanda Pendarvis and Windham THS honored Brittany Burke and Terin Nieto.
