The Exploratory Program is required of all freshmen. Realizing that most ninth grade students have limited life experiences that lead to ill formed and incomplete thoughts on the various technologies offered at Grasso this program is designed to enable them to make an intelligent well informed career choice.

The Exploratory experience allows each student to investigate each technical area in a realistic manner. Each student will spend three days in each area, eventually selecting several technologies that they wish to explore in depth, from which they will make their ultimate choice.

The goal of this program is to enable the student to appraise their individual skills and interest, appreciate the world of work, and make intelligent career choices.
