ADULT DIPLOMA PROGRAM
The Adult Diploma Program is
an alternate approach for an adult to earn a high school diploma.
In order to be eligible for the program, the individual must:
-
be 16 years of age or older
-
be a resident of the state
of Connecticut
-
not be currently enrolled
in school
-
not have a high school diploma
or G.E.D certificate.
The individual must earn the
same amount of credits towards graduation as any other Technical
High School graduate (22). Credits may be earned through traditional
classroom work or through an evaluation of occupational and/or
military experience and training. An adult diploma counselor
at the following schools implements the program:
-
Bullard-Havens THS, Bridgeport
-
ETG/Southeastern THS, Groton
-
Eli Whitney THS, Hamden
-
A.I. Prince THS, Hartford
-
W.F. Kaynor THS, Waterbury
Interested individuals are encouraged
to contact the adult diploma counselor. There will be no fees
assessed to the students enrolled in this program. |
