Kaynor’s
baseball team finished with a regular season record of 9-9.
They finished second in the Constitution State Conference West
Division. The Panthers played their best baseball at the end
of the season. They lost in the league quarter-finals 2-1 to
the number one seed Cheney Tech. The boys also lost in the
State Tournament Qualifying Round 2-1 in extra innings to East
Granby Memorial High School. The coaches were pleased the way
the teams offense and defense solidified by the end of the
season. The Panthers are sad to see the graduation of seven
seniors: Kyle Kerski, John Godfrey, Joe Violette, Zack Poveromo,
Kevin Adams, Corey Desorbo, and Matt Goewey. |
