Prince's Culinary Program was visited by two distinguished visiting
chefs from Johnson & Wales
Culinary School and Clemens
College. Both Chefs
had the students interest and were
quite influencial in helping students in making choices for higher
education possibilities. Chef Kevin Plourde, from Clemens College
demonstrated a Wild Mushroom Rissoto, while Chef John Benton from
Johnson & Wales demonstrated Teriyaki Cous Cous.
