Johnson
and Wales Chef Visits Culinary Arts Program |

On Tuesday, May
29th, the Culinary Art program had a visit from Chef Mary Wilton of
Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. Johnson and Wales University
has one of the major Culinary Arts programs in the United States.
Chef did a demonstration on how to prepare Bananas Foster in crepes.
Senior Omelia Clark assisted Chef in the demonstration. |
