Students Recognized for CAPT Accomplishments
|
On Wednesday, October 24, thirty eight members of the Class of 2009 were recognized for their achievement on the 2007 CAPT. Mr. William S. Chaffin, Principal, and Ms. Bridget Heston, Assistant Principal, welcomed students and congratulated the distinguished juniors for their performance. Attorney Jeffrey Dressler and Sammy Vega of Mega Education donated a limousine, dinner and Wolf Pack tickets for five to Edwin Vargas who passed all 4 tests on CAPT. Mega Education also presented Hollywood movie vouchers to all the honorees. Jason T. Archer, Director of the Travelers Science Dome and Gengras Planetarium donated Science Dome passes. Other gifts and awards were donated by Sally Beauty and Yankee Pizza.
