Prince Tech

Twenty Prince Tech students participated in Project Homeless Connect on Friday, December 5th at the XL Center in Hartford. Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is a one-day service event that provides immediate access to a wide array of services and information intended to assist individuals and families who are homeless. Project Homeless Connect is a national initiative of the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness. Local efforts are spearheaded by a coalition of civic and non-profit agencies and businesses. Mr. Simpson accompanied his Hairdressing and Barbering students who provided haircuts and manicures to participants of the event. Senior Mentor students volunteered for the day helping as guides and assistants to the program organizers.
