Congratulations to Cynthia Lemus and Robert Williams who were chosen as the CIAC Scholar Athletes of the year for Prince Tech. The criteria for this honor is the student must be a graduating senior, be an honor student, and play at least two varsity sports.  

Cynthia was a member of the cross country (captain), indoor track and tennis (captain) teams.  Cynthia is also a member of Career Beginnings, Capital Workforce Career Connections, Girl Scouts, Skills U.S.A. and the Tech Prep Program. She also works part-time while maintaining a high B average. She plans on attending college in the fall where she will major in Business.   

Robert was a member of the cross country, basketball (captain) teams.  Robert is also a member of the National Honor Society, Vice President of the Student Government, 4 year Scholar-Athlete Award winner, 4 year Honor Roll, and was voted onto the Constitution State Conference's All-League 2nd team for basketball.  Robert plans on attending college in the fall where he will major in Pre-law and Psychology.  

Cynthia and Robert will be honored along with the other 320 other scholar athletes at a banquet at the Aqua Turf in May.
