The
Chocolate Expo is a popular event which attracts more than a
thousand people each year. It is an afternoon of pure chocolate
delight sponsored by Easter Seals. This was the 3rd year that
the Eli Whitney’s
Culinary Art’s
Department has participated in the event. Our team has exhibited
some of the finest chocolate specialties. Some of the items that
have been prepared in the past were red velvet cup cakes, chocolate
covered strawberries, cookies, chocolate mousse, and other chocolate
pastries and desserts. The students have really enjoyed the time
that they have spent volunteering for Easter Seals and they look
forward to next year's Expo. |
