Wednesday, March 28, Wilcox Tech held its annual blood drive. Through
the generosity of students and staff, 45 pints of blood were donated.
The Red Cross said it was a very successful drive for a high school
this size. Health Technology students under the supervision of Department
Head Laura Schiavone worked with Blood Drive employees to make the
drive a success. There were also 13 raffle winners with the biggest
prize of an IPod going to Joshua Ruiz.
