We are a training facility for the chefs and culinary professionals of tomorrow. The restaurant’s featured dishes are prepared from scratch and served by the students daily.

Items include fresh bread daily.

Entrees served with side dishes.

A salad bar with hand crafted dressing made in house and a daily salad of the day.

Soup is prepared daily with fresh ingredients.

Sandwiches are served with appropriate sides.

Desserts are prepared in our own bakery. (Chocolate is a favorite of the students)
