Coach Tanguay
and Coach Pepper are pleased that the team worked together and
everyone did their part to achieve the win. Every team member actively
participates in the offense and defense toward a common goal of
winning the game over personal stats.
The defensive
motion of Nick Schibi, Chris Pfeffer and Roger Rougeot inspired
the rest of the team. The offense was extremely effective thanks
to the efforts of improved passing and setter-hitter relationships
of Luke Ross, Lance Pepper, Aaron Montgomery and Logan Mitchell.
The Wildcat’s
will play in the state tournament on Tuesday at a site and team
to be announced by noon on Friday by the CIAC Boy’s Volleyball
Tournament Committee.
