CTHSS Student Congress Meets at OWTS

Student Congress representatives and their school advisors meet in the library at OWTS.  Led by Central Office Consultant Heidi Balch, agenda items included the election of officers, community service projects, calendar for the remainder of the year, and a discussion of how best to develop student leaders through the Congress.
