ATHLETES CODE OF CONDUCT

1. I understand that is a privilege to participate in athletics.
2. I understand that I represent myself, my family, my school and will conduct myself in a positive manner at all times.
3. I understand that I must adhere to all school rules at all times.
4. I understand that I must meet the academic standards set for all athletes in order to participate in athletics.
5. I understand that I must adhere to all rules at all times for athletes set by the school Athletic Coordinator.
6. I understand that I must adhere to all rules at all times set down by my coaches.
7. I understand that if I cut a class I will be suspended from the next contest and further cuts will result in indefinite suspension and/or removal from the team.
8. I understand that receiving a school suspension in school or out, twice, will result in my removal from any team for the rest of the season.
9. I understand that receiving a school suspension, in school or out, three times during the school year will result in my removal from all athletic teams for the remainder of the year.
10.  I understand that use or possession of any tobacco, alcoholic or drug substance is strictly forbidden and will result in the immediate removal from the team.
11. I understand that my responsibility is to be a fine young person, a good student, a competitive athlete and in that order.
12. I understand that an administrator can remove me from a team and/or from all athletic programs at any time if they decide the situation warrants it.
