Class of 2011 and 2012 Carpentry and Plumbing and Heating students practiced personal falling protection the first week of school. The students are required by law to wear a safety harness when working on jobs that require them to be 60 feet or higher. The instructors and students assisted each other with putting on the harness correctly. Most of the students said the harness was a bit uncomfortable but it was fun and pretty cool practicing with the harness on.
