Officer Meeting 1/4/08

Prom Committee :
The next meeting will be Wednesday, January 9 and EVERY following Wednesday AFTER SCHOOL. 

Class trip:

Three options for a vote:

1. NYC for Zoo & Baseball (Mets cheaper)? .  Cost $85 pp. Includes lunch. (Coach)

2. Hershey Park.  Cost $85.00.  No meals. (coach bus)

3. Lake Compounce.  Cost $55.00.  Includes lunch. (Yellow bus)

All three prices include transportation.

If 85% of all dues are not paid by February vacation, we will only consider Lake Compounce as a class trip, no matter what the vote.draisers:

Chef Charles is OK with cookie sales.  He will work out a price. Arleny will make up order forms. WE WOULD MAKE ABOUT $1.50/DOZEN PROFIT.  NOT WORTH IT.

We may have a dodgeball tournament. Forms have been submitted .  Tentative date is March 5,6,7.  March Madness Dodgeball!

Steve F. made a "dues thermometer."  It has been defaced. Steve will paint over it.

T-Shirts - there are "issues" with possible vendors. Y.

12/20/07 Officer Meeting

Prom Committee :

Class trip:

Option: NYC for Zoo & Baseball (Mets cheaper)? Mrs. M to put in paperwork to see if it will be approved.  Cost $80 pp.

Snow Tubing: WAS NOT APPROVED BY CENTRAL OFFICE

Fundraisers:

Chef Charles is OK with cookie sales.  He will work out a price. Arleny will make up order forms.

We may have a dodgeball tournament.  Must submit forms.

Steve will check places for junk donated car to smash.

Spirit day in January?
