On Wednesday, September 23rd, Chef Michelle Marczak
of Johnson and Wales University, visited the Bristol TEC Culinary
Arts department. She gave a cooking demo to the students and discussed
options about attending Johnson and Wales in order to further their
training in the Culinary Arts field. |
