Arts students prepared and served a luncheon to the Bristol Chamber
of Commerce on Monday, February 5th. Under the supervision of Chefs
Fortuna and Tasimi, students prepared a seafood appetizer of fried
tender calamari, pan fried crabmeat cakes, and mussels, Orecchiette
Campagnola pasta, and a Surf and Turf Entree that included encrusted
stuff pork medallions and grilled salmon En Croute. The meal was
topped off by chocolate and white cheesecake with a rum cherry anglaise.
