Culinary Arts Seniors Work on Catering Projects

Culinary Arts Seniors were busy in December working on Catering Projects as part of their final year in the program. Students need to come up with a theme and create a possible floor plan to present to the client. With a menu in hand, the team also had to give an oral presentation for 5 minutes on how they thought the room should be laid out and the appropriate menu items.
