The
Culinary Arts students under the direction of Chef Voytek recently
catered a luncheon for the Red Hats Society from the Eisenhower
Center in Bridgeport. The Red Hat Society is an organization made
up of women over 50 who work together to help their community in
a variety of ways. Pictured below are the Senior Culinary Arts
students preparing the buffet which included a carving board of
ham and turkey complimented by a wide assortment of main entrees,
soup, side dishes and desserts. Freshmen students served as
