The
Culinary Arts Seniors taught by Chef Voytek recently completed
the annual banquet facility project. The assignment
was to come up with a theme, layout, and equipment
needed for a catered affair. Throughout the project
the teams recorded their plan of action as it happened to describe
the difficulties, positive experiences, and various tasks they
encountered. In the last phase the students presented
their projects with a printed menu proposal to the clients.
The scaled down banquet facility models were judged by Chef
Montanaro and Mr. Fermeglia, Assistant Principal. Congratulations
