Two
Manufacturing Technology students recently were involved in
a project that will have an impact on the defense of our nation.
Edgar Garcia and Daniella Alicea were asked to work on fabricating
a fixture for the Ball and Roller Bearing Company. Based in
New Milford, Connecticut the Ball and Roller Company manufactures
bearings that are used in the building of Boeing fighter jets.
Edgar and Daniella created their part using a Proto-Trac CNC
machine. |
