Registration Dates August 25 – September 4, 2008 First Day of Classes Begins the week of September 8, 2008 6:00 - 9:00 pm	Course Fees
	Apprentice Rates
	36 Hours (12 weeks) $100.00
	Extension Rates
	36 Hours (12 weeks) $275.00
	There is a non-refundable $25.00 registration fee for all courses. Tuition of $275.00 per 36 hours of instruction (will be pro-rated for courses of more or less than 36 hours) payable prior to the completion of the first class session. *** FOR A CLASS TO BE RUN THERE MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 7 STUDENTS ENROLLED FOR AN APPRENTICE CLASS AND 10 FOR AN EXTENSION CLASS.
Payment is due on the first night of class! Fees are payable by check or money order! Please make the check payable to: "TREASURER -STATE OF CONNECTICUT". NO CASH IS ACCEPTED!
