In this lesson, you will research and learn about the culture, physical geography, and history of states in each region of the United States. You will then develop a poster that highlights all the interesting features and characteristics of selected region, while working within limitations such as time and available resources.

OBJECTIVE:

The object of this project is to convince the viewer to come and live in the region.  Therefore, you need to make the poster eye-catching, bright, appealing and interesting. You should use many pictures from magazines (or handdrawings) to SELL your region.  There should be captions underneath the pictures/drawings describing the picture (focusing on how attractive to visitors the region is.)
