CTHSS Employee Eligibility Requirements
In order to be considered for a posted vacancy, a current CTHSS employee must meet the following eligibility requirements per Article 11 of the SVFT Contract:
The full-time candidate must have at least 3 full years of full-time employment within the CTHSS system.
The part-time candidate must be a regularly scheduled part-time employee employed in the regular day program for 32 hours per week and has worked at least 24 calendar months.
The candidate has not initiated a transfer within the last two years (for lateral transfers).
The candidate does not have an unsatisfactory evaluation and/or is not on supervisory assistance.
