Requirements

     Academic applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and submit:

  • Copy of Transcript

     Trade applicants must have and submit:

  • Provide a letter from an employer verifying four years of experience in a trade area. Self-employment must be verified by a notarized statement.

  • Copy of High school transcript/diploma or the equivalent

How to Apply

  • Complete the CT Technical High School System substitute teacher application form.

  • Bring completed application to the school of choice (addresses and telephone numbers).

  • Complete the fingerprinting packet. It takes 8 weeks for fingerprint results to return to us from the Department of Public Safety.
