Kaynor Tech Drafting and Design Students Create
Computer Animation for Mattatuck Museum
During this school year, Kaynor Tech Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) students Sean Flinter and Aaron Beck worked on a challenging and lengthy project. Sean and Aaron created a computer animation of a turn of the century 4 slide machine for the Mattatuck Museum. Located in Waterbury, Connecticut, the Mattatuck Museum preserves the industrial and cultural history of the area with several engaging and comprehensive exhibits. The project consisted of several trips to the museum where Sean and Aaron measured the machinery and then created Solid models of each component using the Inventor CAD program.
