On January
6, 2009, students and staff from Norwich Technical High School,
spent their first day in their new school located on Mahan Drive
in Norwich, Connecticut. The facility was originally the location
of Three Rivers Community College. After a massive renovation and
expansion project, Norwich Tech has now relocated to the new facility
across town. The building which is over 200,000 square feet has
a new gym and auditorium, space for 13 technical programs, 2 art
rooms, a new library, and a public restaurant. The school also has
one of the best fitness rooms for a public high school in New England. |
