Anthony Notaro, A Junior Culinary Arts student at Eli Whitney Technical High  School in Hamden, Connecticut, was selected as one of the Governor's Scholars for the 2005-2006 school year. Now in its tenth year, the purpose of the program is to recognize academically talented high school students in schools throughout the state, and present thirty students for special recognition to the Governor of Connecticut.  The program is sponsored by the Connecticut Association of Schools and Big Y Supermarkets. Anthony and the other students selected will be honored at an awards luncheon in May. Congratulations Anthony!
