Tech Instructor Named Chef of the Year |

Miguel, Department Head of the Culinary Arts program at Grasso Southeastern
Technical High School in Groton, Connecticut, was named the
Chef of the Year by the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Culinary
Federation.
He was honored by his fellow chefs and colleagues during a dinner
at Walter's Restaurant in Providence, Rhode
Island. This special honor recognizes Miguel's commitment
to raising the bar for food service professionals and educators
