Dear Parents and Guardians;

This letter is a reminder of Cheney Tech’s upcoming BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT, to be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2009.

You will have the opportunity to meet your child’s instructors and schedule longer, individual conferences, should that be necessary. First Term Progress Reports will be mailed to homes on or about October 21, 2009.

Parents of Freshmen and New Students, are invited to meet with the Administrative Team and Guidance Staff for an Orientation/Welcome from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Gymnasium.

On Tuesday Evening, parents will follow their students’ academic schedule, visiting each instructor for approximately eight (8) minutes. Schedules will be available upon your arrival on Tuesday. We will be following a Monday schedule of classes.
