SEASON RECAP

The Ellis Tech cross country team finished the 2009 season with a 2-2 division record. The boys team was anchored this year by Junior Tim Savage who once again qualified for the State Class M Championships. Although relatively inexperienced, Zach Perry, Jon Petrucci, Alan Exley, and George Rose all showed improvement in their race times as the season went on. All 5 male runners are back next season. Freshman Cheyenne Mullin was the lone girl participant in the cross country program this year. Cheyenne finished up her season in great fashion by winning the CSC Girls JV Championship Race at Wickham Park.
