year we need to go above and beyond last years totals
and make a real name for ourselves! Sign
up now and let’s start collecting donations!! The
first step is to read the 2009 Parent
Permission Letter This letter gives
the basic information about the event and what is expected
of each team member. Next, the Youth
Participant Waiver Form must be completely
filled out and returned to Ms. Greenhalgh along with
a $10 registration fee. Once that is done, you will receive
your envelope and be able to start collecting donations!
Parents,
family, and friends are also welcome to join the team!
Fill out the waiver form and send $10 to Ms. Greenhalgh
to join! Chaperones will
also be needed for the event! The night is long, but we
will do whatever we can to ensure you have a great time!
Please fill out the Chaperone agreement and sent it to
Ms. Greenhalgh if you are willing to help!
