Electronics Tech students put their
training to good use by helping set up 15 new computers
in the Media Center. Under the supervision of instructors
Mr. Jaroz and Mr. Massey, the students also
moved out the old tables, moved the new computer tables in, and
rearranged the digital instruction/research area in the Media Center.
Mr. Barner, Library Media Specialist at Goodwin Tech, was very
grateful for the work done by the Electronics Tech students and
staff. "We now have 28 computers available for student use which
will make a positive impact on the use of the Media Center next
school year," said Barner. The additional computers double the
number of electronic resources available to the students, and the
new arrangement creates a more accessible area for students to
work in, and for instructors, an area that they can easily move
about to help students, as well as to monitor their electronic
activity. |
