Grasso Tech made Connecticut Technical High School history.  The first Spring Concert ever for the music department was held on June 6, 2008.  Music teacher and director Mrs. Motola led her merry band of musicians and carolers for an hour-long concert followed by a reception of snacks and soda. 

The band  began first with a program consisting of J. Swearingen’s Covington Square; a selection from “The Planets” called Jupiter; and pieces from Pirates of the Caribbean.

Also a big BRAVO to the members of the Chorus who sang Seasons of Love by J. Larson; Only Hope, by J. Foreman; The Water is Wide, Arr. R. Clausen;  and The Rhythm of Life by D. Fields.
