Grasso
Tech had another successful year in Kansas City, Missouri
at the SkillsUSA national competition. Kailah Pflugbeil, a
sophomore in Hotel Hospitality Management placed third in the Food
and Beverage competition. Tom Rafferty, a senior and second
time national competitor placed sixth in Carpentry. Jonathan
Perry, a junior and a second time national competitor placed seventh
in the Technical Computer Applications competition.
In addition,
Arcadia Roderick, a senior in the Bioenvironmental Technology shop,
competed in the Job Skills Open Demonstration and placed
sixteenth. Congratulations to the competitors! Special
thanks to the students, teachers, parents, administrators and local
businesses and organizations because without all the help this
journey would not have been possible. |
