On Tuesday December 18, 2007, Mrs. Days-Luketich, the Community Education Officer from Chelsea Groton Bank, visited the Grasso Hospitality and Customer Service Management Department to talk to the sophomores and juniors. She spoke about identity theft and the different ways to keep their identity from getting stolen including safeguarding your social security number. She also explained several banking concepts including how interest and APR works as well as the difference between an ATM card and a debit card.
