REQUIRED ADMISSION TEST INFORMATION

The admission test required for the LPN program can be taken at the schools which have LPN programs. Register to take the TEAS V.

Testing Dates and Locations
October 4, 2014, February 7, 2015, and April 25, 2015 at Kaynor THS, Norwich THS, and Vinal THS
December 6, 2014, March 7, 2015, and May 9, 2015 at Bullard-Havens THS, Eli Whitney THS, and Prince THS

The admission test required for the LPN program can be taken at a PSI testing centers for a cost of $110.00.
Register to take TEAS V at PSI testing center.

BACKGROUND CHECKS REQURED FOR ALL LPN STUDENTS, INFORMATION AND DIRECTIONS WILL BE POSTED WHEN AVAILABLE.
