Connecticut Public
Television aired a profile of one of the Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN) students currently enrolled at Norwich Tech’s
LPN Program on Thursday, September 27 at 10:30 pm.
This broadcast was part of Work,
Learn, Live (Connecticut) a
scheduled 12-part series on workforce development in Connecticut.
Viewers got a look at our LPN program at Norwich and to saw
how various state agencies have collaborated to provide a retraining
opportunity for one of its citizens.
This series was the result of CPTV’s
collaboration with Connecticut’s
Office of Workforce Competitiveness, Department of Economic and
Community Development (DECD), Department of Labor, Community Colleges,
Business and Industry Association (CBIA), Workforce Development
Council, State University System and the Aetna Foundation.
