Addendum Minutes
Quorum: Dana Wynn, Natalie Lussier, Kim Passmore, Ed Hogan, Michael Gaffey, Dr. Niki Menounos, Gilda Puccio, John Kelly
Old Business:
- Ms. Hayes Art Field Trip – to be held April 9. The amount requested for the bus only was $249.47. All other monies needed were provided by the students and staff themselves. All in Quorum agreed, none were opposed, motioned was passed to issue a check to First Student.
- Stickers – The prices for the stickers came in lower than originally quoted:
Bar stickers we asked to be no higher than $1.95 – the set price is $1.02 each; Logo stickers we asked to be no higher than $2.19 – the set price is $1.98.
- T-shirts – these are being held. Prokop (the vendor who is doing the stickers) is coming in with a lower price than J&D (the original vendor for the t-shirts). Dana Wynn will have more information on this at the May meeting.
The discussions and vote took place verbally by phone or in presence of the above Quorum.
