FINANCIAL REPORT: Given by President Spera
Concession Stand has almost already broke even.
Checks will be written out between Jan.8, 2007 and Feb. 5, 2007 meetings for the following: Student of the Month breakfast; Student of the Month winner; Papa Gino’s Pizza for the concession stand
UNFINISHED BUSINESS: given by President Spera
a. Make sure roll-up is unlocked for concession stand. Clean-up after games has gone well.
b. N. Spera will call Pautipaug CC to ensure tournament. PFO will look at other locations as back-up including New London CC and Fox Hopyard. Date is to be set for either June 25th or 29th at 8:30. Timeline for tournament is to book location, brochure and letter by next meeting if possible.
c. Other fundraising ideas will be planned for next school year. Basket raffle will happen next September 2007.

NEW BUSINESS:
a. Sad news about secretary Passmore’s mother. Motion was made by President Spera to send flowers on behalf of the PFO. (second McLaughlin)
b. Lacrosse needs new uniforms. Samples and prices will be given.
c. PFO will help the Student Council with the cost of the Hugh O’Brien award for the 2006-2007 school year. A $150 check will be given. (Spera, Wynn)

PRINCIPALS REPORT: Given by Dr. Menounos
a. Close to 400 applicants applied and letters will be given out immediately to accepted students from the sending middle schools.
b. Recruiters will be going to area schools for a follow-up visit and to register for classes.
c. Trailers are in front of the school b/c of Three Rivers CC.
d. School construction is on schedule.
JOB OPENING: Given by Dr. Menounos
